Hi A month back my brother was hospitalized due to nausea, vomating and fast heart beat, his CT scan says that he has hyperdensity with calcified spot in left temporal,now after a month of treatment of that spot he has same problem now we done a MRI AS per MRI there is rim lesion in right posterior frontal lobe which is low grade glial tumor. I have a doubt on MRI which says lesion in right but as per CT SCAN it is in left. Please help as doctor advised for brain surgery.

Calcified spot in left temporal region carries no significance and it is unlikey to disappear. The finding of a tumor on right side needs to be evaluated in detail. Go as per advice of a Neurosurgeon
