I dont drink smoke or anything i do have overweight bmi and cholesterol , it had gphappened to me like thrice in this past 1 year i was sitting and suddenly i started to run to go and when i stopped running i felt my head (right in mid of head ) as pulsing , like blood is flowing through and i felt air that is resonating with the pulse but there was no pain and it got normal after some second , i have bad habit of googling symptoms amd plus i am on anxiety medication and i am sure that i have a brain aneurysm , is i am right or i am just going paranoid , should i have an doppler or mri. ,
