Does this tablet produce heat in stomach,kya isse pet (stomach) me garmi hoti he Does it have side effects like fissure fistula piles or abcess if taken for long term? I have been advice two tablet in night for anxiety and sleep for six months

No it will not produce any kind of heat in stomach.it has cold tasir . Second it has not any kind of side effect like fistula piles. Take it for 3months and then stop for 15 days then again start.
