Hello,
The pain and BP are not related directly. Sharp pain can transients cause high BP but high BP won't cause chest pain. Secondly you need further tests for chest pain like ECG, ECHO AND TMT to rule out heart related pain. Thirdly, for your higher BP, you need to monitor daily for next few days or get an ABPM done. If majority readings are above 135/85 on ABPM then you will need medicines at least for sometime. Till then start regular exercise, weight control, avoiding excess salt, following DASH diet for BP.
Take care
