  4. BP readings. Take 3 readings in a row?

Iam using bp Tablet, iam taking automated bp monitor at home. It is calibrated, always my first reading is little bit high than later readings due to anxiety and nervous. Which reading should be considered.1 reading or later reading. Each time I can take 3 readings in a row? Ex: 1 reading 130/86 2 reading 120/80 3 reading 115/80. Pls suggest. Regards.
