I have 160/110 BP, I am taking telmicertan 40mg, is the best drug or any complications are there.i have seen reviews they mentioned telmicertan killed libido.. could you please suggest this is the best drug or need to switch to other tablet.

telmisartan has nothing to do with libido, and its a good choice of anti hypertensive in young patients. if Bp is still not controlled on it then we need to add another drug to it like amlodipine take TELMA-AM40/5 which also has amlodipine 5 mg
