My father's disystolic bp is increased No other medicine is given Pic attached Also cbc report done one month away attached Can we give him Prolomet AM 25 to lower his Diastolic BP

No need of medicines. Just ask him to reduce salt intake, plenty of vegetables and fruits . Regular walking daily for 30 mins. Make a home BP chart for 5 days.
