BP Medication

HI I am 31 yrs old . I was having high BP 150/90 and was prescribed with amlogard 5 mg and olmezest 10mg tablets for High BP. I took the medication for almost a month. I have stopped talking tablets since my BP has come down. I have discontinued taking tablets from almost 15days. Is it ok to stop medication or how to go about. Pl advice

Hello, not ok . You have to understand that your BP is normal as u r under the effect of medicin.if sudden shoot out of BP is there u r in big trouble. BP is not like c.cold, fever. Don't listen your heart or mind for medicin.so please CONSULT and  follow doc's ADVISE. Ok.

Hello, It is not ok to stop medications without a Physicians opinion. Your BP would have come down because of the medications. Since you are young the cause of the high BP must be evaluated. You should exercise daily and restrict salt intake.
