I had high bp since dec'15,since then it's constantly high , not able to diagnose the reason why it's high , lifestyle is same , I always feel something stuck in chest just below my throat , pinching around heart area , bcoz of these unusal pains,however nt sure y bp is not decreasing & done all test which are ok

BP is the price we pay for our modern lifestyle. What used to happen after 50 before now happening after 30. You r not alone. Need to adjust medication for dose and drugs properly and some lifestyle changes will bring bp under control. Dr Ashwin Daware NH WHITEFIELD .
