Hi, I am asking this question for my brother in law. He was feeling chest uneasiness and left arm pain 2 days before so went to doctor there. On checking they said that ECG and other reports are normal and prescribed medicine ( second pic ) both medicine was taken which made his BP high. He stopped medicine and again went for checkup and completely about his issue. Doctor changed medicine ( First Pic) but again his BP fluctuates to low. Also Medicine Motilium M was given for anxiety and nausea. Requesting doctors here to help with any home remedies which can help or in case anyone know the medicine which can be found in Thailand would help a lot Thanks
