This is constipation problem and i would advice you to change your diet to fibrous rich diet like barley and oats. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits daily. Walk everyday with fast steps daiky 2-3 miles. If this doesn't help then take 1 spoon of laxative at night which helps soften the stool.
