Botox is not going to help you with that problem. Botox has botulinum toxin which is meant to paralyse the muscle. It will not dissolve the fat or slim your face. Botox is useful to prevent wrinkle formation and give a younger look to the skin. For your double chin we can do cryoipolysis which I frequently do for patients at my clinic .
