Why was his testicles removed is very important? At his age of 21 years I'm expecting there was malignancy in both otherwise it is very rare for both of them to be removed. In this particular case his sperm should have been preserved for child bearing in future. Also he'll need testosterone replacement therapy in future which you should discuss with your treating doctor.
