I am a farmer by occupation and therefore working most of the in a day. Since last 2-3 years i am suffering with my both knees and shoulder as well as my plumb. Actually i am not walking as well as move my hands properly. Each and every day my legs become some heavy and face difficulty to sit anywhere.
