Repeat the antenatal fetal anamoly scan in a good reputation center again at 32 weeks. If the anteroposterior diameter of the Renal pelvis is more than a centimeter, then it has to be monitored frequently throughout the pregnancy and a word of caution to be given to the pediatrician who is going to attend the baby after delivery. If the urinary bladder is empty and of normal thickness, don't worry, the baby should be fine. if the bladder wall is thickened and bladder appears full, then you should show it to a pediatric urology consultant immediately
