Sounds come from both the ears and hearing capacity detoriating since 2years. When consulted to ENT Doctor he gave some medicines. I got cervical spondilitis. what is the remedy

Hi Sound in both the ears means you have tinnitus and your hearing has also decreased ,I think you are suffering from presbycusis.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to get a hearing test or audiometry done to document the hearing loss,also do vitamin d  blood levels . regards
