Both ear vibrating during night sleeping time. Although there is no hearing difficulties or pain. Few days ago I was suffered with cough but now I am fine. But I feel altime that my ears are blocked which I felt few days ago when I was suffering from cough and cold. M bit afraid of this. Kindly suggest what to do.

Hi. The ear block sensation could be because of the eustachian tube (the tube which connects the middle ear to the back of the nose) being blocked. A tympanometry can help in confirming the diagnosis. However, I would suggest that you visit an ENT specialist in-person for a detailed evaluation.
