The lymph node features more towards non malignant pathology . But the lesion in breast should be investigated , too small to get a biopsy done , consider getting an ULTRASOUND guided FNAC from that site . No need to consider MRI at this stage until you have some family history of breast cancer , as it won’t give any additional information and may cause confusion in diagnosis .
