Borderline LVH and chest pain

Suffering from left side chest pain from last 2 years, all the reports like ecg, TMT and CT coronary angiogram is normal, in 2 D Echo it shows borderline LVH, is this the cause of my chest pain? How serious is this?

No it's not the reason for chronic chest pain. It's nothing serious. Please consult with orthopedic surgeon for possible musculoskeletal causes for pain.
