Can the report be explained in detail. Patient is 50 yrs old. Experiencing severe back pain after falling from cot. Doctor suggested bed rest for 3 months. But the pain y he suggested MRI, CT and biopsy and seeing report doctor told infection has been spreading and advised for surgery.

Correlation of CLINICAL FEATURES, MR IMAGING, BIOPSY is required to establishment of diagnosis of spine tuberculosis. First step is to Start ATT and monitor for side effects of medicines. If patient do not have any weakness or bowel bladder involvement then operation is not needed. Decision making for operation depends on clinical neurological status
