Bone legment problem

While playing football ,I fell down by loosing the balance, I feel its due to legment issues of my knee. I feel heavier pain and not able to walk .

Please give some break to your sports activities for 5 weeks. The best bet is an MRI scan to reveal the extent of ligament damage. Wearing a rigid knee brace is a good idea for now.
