Is this sign of something serious, that is a crackling or joint sound of bone can be heard internally while moving body parts associated with joints.I feel like my muscle mass is less than before.Muscles are now feeling less hard or more softy.Along with that I'm suffering from internal vibrations while ideally sitting or doing works. What type of medications do you recommend? What should be done as im suffering from these since a month ago? Please try to evaluate and suggest something simple as tips and tricks,as I can't go outside due to lockdowns!.
