My brother in law whose age is around 11 years is suffering feom some bone infection and having severe pain in his shoulder so we went to a orthopedic one week before and took out a crp test which comes 86 which is very higher then normal 6 range .After taking medicines and injections it comes 24.5 .One week before doctor told that it could be cured by medicines only and today he told to perform an operation .So is it necessary for operation please tell us.
