Bone exposure in tooth  no pain ,

I have a problem in one tooth place where tooth not developed after loosing milk tooth but started get bone exposure with no pain but bleeds some times during morning brush .Also some times will get pain during night . Consulted doctor  ,they operated by removing and cleaning upper bone portion and stritched .But getting same pain again . Also can feel a bad odour after sleep
