Why haven't you visited a dermatologist if your problem is so chronic? Whatever the diagnosis, prescription based medicines cannot be advised on such forums(especially antibiotics). At the most, what I can suggest is to keep the areas where you get boils as dry as you can. Change your clothes if they are wet because of the rains. Moisture increases the chances of acquiring infections. But visiting a dermatologist is the best option.
