I have small red boils on my buys since a very long time sometimes the boil grows big n it pains a lot , the boil even contains puss, and the small ones are like white heads plz suggest me what to do. Thank you in advance.

If you are overweight losing weight would help. Avoid tight fit Eat nutritious food Improve Your hygeine Get a general check up once. Do not use harsh soaps Avoid spice You will need appropriate antibiotics
