Boils in head & hairfall

I have developed some boils in my head since last 8-9 months, which itches a lot. I consulted a dermatologist and he advised triatop shampoo and candid-b lotion. When I use candid-b lotion regularly, it doesn't itches, but after that hair fall started and I have lost almost 50% of my hairs in last 6 months.
