Boils head not removed

I have removed boils pus but core of boil hasn't come out. Pain is reduced but still I am worried, previously also i suffered recurring boils. Currently I am dressing my boil 2-3 times a day and using betadine ointment for dressing. I take atmost care of hygiene while cleaning boils. Please let me know if betadine is good for boils or not. Please suggest some medicine for curing boils n avoiding recurance of boils.
