Greetings. Rather tough to diagnose with the limited symptoms mentioned. This could be recurrent folliculitis / or even syphilis. Steps to follow: 1. See a qualified dermatologist near you 2. You may need us culture testing if there is pus / and a course of antibiotics 3.
