Boil like lump in inner thigh

I'm having a painful boil like lump in my left inner thigh. I don't understand if it's filled with pus or something else. Feels like a mosquito bite when touched. I tried warm compress. It eases the pain. N painkillers are helping. Please let me know what this can be and how to deal with it. I'm really worried. It's right next to libia n almost in the inner thigh.
