I usually have a boil in the pubic area during, before or after my periods it then disappears after a week

I think due to irritation.May be hormones imbalance.Meet to gynaecologist and get examined by her.She will prescribe full course of antibiotics oral as well as local.Maintain hygiene and keep that area dry.
