My body will be swelled of I drink more water line 3 ltrs per days also. What may be the reason. Iam facing this issue from many years. Many times I tested myself. I read in Google like due to less sodium in kidneys body swelling caues. Is it true?? If yes what is the test that I have to undergo and how to overcome this?

Don't worry. Get complete urinary examination test, serum creatinine and ultrasound abdomen scan done. Consult a urologist.
