take tab dolo 650mg 8hrly till fever is dere tab colimax 1 tab fr pain abdomen sos tab emset 4mg fr vomiting sos also add dese tab O2 once a day fr 5 days if u hv loose motion tab pan 40 mg fr 5 days if u take O2 sporolac sachet thrice a day if u take O2
