Body pain and Stomach gas

From today morning i felt irritated, but in evening i am having a pain in right hand, continuing with slight joints pains,headache, feverish feeling and gas trouble. Something i noted is that i have seen something biten on the right hand. My current temeprature is 99.2 and Spo2 were 98%. Please guide me in this regard.
