Body burning , fever, insomnia, stoma p

Since last 29 years foot burnings  admitted  in hospital and discharged with diagnose of Lower track infection and  internal  prostate enlargement causes insomnia, foot,  palm head, n eye burning constant persists  .No proper diagnosis and remedy advised. Request to advise and suggest permanent solution. Regards Pinakin
