I'm 16 and I've been getting aches in my body I'm always tired and moody the aches come with tingle and numbness I have a poor diet and I have no idea what can be wrong with me I have got me sugar levels checked they were 4.9 the docket did say it is fine she said I'm low in iron can I have anemia ?
