The symptoms you have explained points towards computer vision syndrome
So i suggest follow 20-20-20 rule i.e after every 20 minutes shift your focus from your gadget to a distance for 20 seconds. Also blink at least 20 times
Every 2 hours take 15 minutes breaks
Use lubricant drops , polyvinyl alcohol drops more suited to your condition
Still of the problem persists after this treatment then get refraction done again
