I've been having blurry vision since past 2 weeks. I don't use specs. My profession makes me sit in front of a laptop for daily 7 hrs. On eye testing i found I have 0.5 near sightedness

use specs as per prescription. you might be having computer vision syndrome. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids

follow 20. 20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every w0 minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. don't sit facing towards A.C..
