Blurry-doubled vision for few seconds

Why does my right eye get blurred for few seconds and then suddenly become normal? When I say so I mean when I look at a building or edge of a table, it gets mildly doubly-blurred for about 1-2 seconds and then vanishes and becomes normal. My eye power is -0.25 in both. Is this something to worry about and should I consult? Any eye exercises or diet that can cure this?

Mostly may be change in number or muscle weakness... A proper eye check should clear this .. Meanwhile u can start using some lubricating drops n reduce digital usage
