Viral infection has affected centre of my right eye cornea. Can I get my complete normal vision back after recovery or will I get some number in that eye?

It depends on status of cornea after recovery and size of lesion...if good..and scarring is less will have reasonably good vision

you will  develop a corneal  opacity after  complete  healing  the  vision  will  depend  upon  the depth of opacity. complete  recovery is also  possible  if the ulcer  is superficial
