I have checked my eyes as having symptoms of blurred vision, low night vision. kindly refer the attached data of eye checkup and advise if possible do i need spec or is this due to any other underlying disease. Thanks a lot of in advance

With glasses if there is an improvement in vision you need to wear the glasses regularly Even with glasses if there is blurry get a consultation and complete eye examination
