Hundreds of floater and dots appear in my vision.its OK in Room light but irritates hugely in Sunrays please help

There can be two possibilities. 1. Floaters may be due to vitreous degeneration. Then it is fine. 2. But if due to some retinal problem then you need to for for treatment of that problem. See an ophthalmologist
