Have both spherical and cylindrical power, using glasses from last 7 years. Started seeing unclear images two days back, blurr images, pain in eyes while watching laptop screen or projectors. No headache, no dizziness, only having problems in vision.

there May be change in your  refractory error or might be having  computer vision syndrome. for dry eye  you can use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily.  for  blurring  please get your eyes testing done again. and even the problem persists  please get your fundus examination done by an ophthalmologist.
