Hello Sir, Since last two days I am having a blur vision in my left eyes and I am able to see some thin thread like structure moving and when I look at bright lights I can see many black dots floating in my vision. Is it something serious as I have very high vision around -17 power. Is anything serious ? Kindly guide me ahead.

Sir you need to consider this as an emergency and meet your nearest Retina Specialist as soon as possible. Being high myopic sudden appearance of floaters should be taken seriously and need to check for any thinning/ hole in retina or any retinal detachment.
