My penis aches, like a prolonged painful ache. I’m pretty sure it’s blue balls and I know the comin way to get rid of it is to ejaculate, the problem is I can’t... I’ve never been able too. But I’m able to in wet dreams. I really don’t know what to do but this happens at least 3 times a month and it makes me miserable. Please help!
