Long time I am not having sex with my partner. So I got pain in my genitals Specifically testicles. Since my young age I was not masturbating. I never ejeculation through masturbation myself only. I am married and father of 2 children. Age 40. I only release sperm when I am involving in sex with partner or physically my penis masturbating with female partner.
