My mother had a kidney transplant 2 years ago and under medication.from past 3 days she is getting blood while spitting early in the morning.What could be the reason? Thanks

is she having fever ? any cough? since she is post transplant, it is advisable to consult the transplant physician who is looking after her and explain these symptoms to him.
