The main cause of infertility in PCOS is an ovulation due to insulin resistance. I see your fasting blood sugar and HbA1c is in a pre diabetic range . Indicating insulin resistance . You need to work on your life style . Increase your physical activity 30 mins brisk walk daily or 10,000 steps a day and lose 7-10 % body weight if you are overweight or obese . I would suggest Metformin in you before trying the ovulation induction drugs .
