My 4yr 6 mnt old son has his blood report in which DLC lymphocytes are in normal range but in absolute lecusative count lymphocytes are low. When I checked its past blood reports the result are same in all reports lymphocytes in dlc are in range but in absolute its down every tim juste is it a cause of worry
