Having 519 blood sugar PP AND 245 FASTING WHAT TO DO first time I have examine I don't have any problem just I have to go for urine in regular interval is it possible to prevent through medicine not from insulin

Your sugars are very high to start with.Since you are largely asymptomatic you could also be treated by a combination of anti diabetes medication even without Insulin You should however leave the decision to your treating Physician
